Returns & Exchanges We Want You to Love Your Suit

Finding the perfect swimsuit online can be challenging. Our Returns & Exchanges Policy is designed to give you confidence when shopping with us, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, fairness, and sustainability for every customer.

Please review this policy carefully before initiating a return.


Important Information

  • All return requests submitted through our Returns Portal are requests only and do not guarantee approval.
  • All items must be returned to our warehouse and pass a quality inspection before any refund, store credit, or exchange is issued.
  • Items that do not meet the conditions outlined below will be returned to the customer at their expense, and no refund, store credit, or exchange will be provided.

By placing an order with Segara Romjue, you acknowledge and agree to this Returns & Exchanges Policy.


Return Window

  • Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 21 days of delivery.
  • Once approved, returns must be shipped within 5 days. Returns not shipped within this timeframe may be canceled automatically.
  • Requests submitted after 21 days from delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

Returns are initiated exclusively through your customer account.

  • Log into your account at account.segararomjue.com within 21 days of delivery
  • Access your order history and submit a return request
  • Select the item(s) and preferred resolution
  • Use the prepaid return label provided (U.S. exchanges only — see below)
  • Ship your return within 5 days of approval

Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval.


Your Return Options

All options are subject to approval after inspection.

Option 1: Exchange (FREE) Best for: Finding the right size or trying a different style

  • Your first exchange is free, including return shipping for U.S. orders (prepaid label provided).
  • Replacement items ship after your return is received and approved.
  • Additional exchanges may incur shipping charges.

Option 2: Store Credit (FREE) Best for: Shopping future collections

  • Approved returns may be issued store credit for the full item value, with no fees deducted.
  • Store credit never expires.

Option 3: Refund Best for: When the style isn't right for you

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Return shipping for refunds is $7 (label provided — cost deducted from refund).
  • No restocking fee.
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sale & Promotional Items

Return eligibility is determined by the discount applied at checkout and enforced during return review and inspection.

Full Price & Up to 15% Off

  • Eligible for: Refund, store credit, or exchange

15–29% Off

  • Eligible for: Store credit or exchange
  • Cash refunds are not available.

30%+ Off & Items Marked "Final Sale"

  • Final sale — not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Hygiene & Condition Requirements

For the safety and confidence of our entire community, all returned items must meet all of the following requirements:

Sanitary Liner

  • Protective hygiene liner must be attached and intact.
  • Swimwear must be tried on over personal underwear.
  • Returns with missing, altered, or tampered liners will be refused.

Security Tags

  • Items with a "Do Not Remove" security ribbon must have the tag fully intact.
  • Removal or damage renders the item final sale.

Unworn Condition Items must be:

  • Unworn (not worn to pools, beaches, photoshoots, or events)
  • Unwashed
  • Free of scents (perfume, smoke)
  • Free of deodorant, makeup, self-tanner, or stains

Items that fail inspection will be returned to the customer at their expense.


Inspection & Processing

  • All returns are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.
  • Inspection occurs within 2–3 business days.
  • Approved refunds or store credit are processed within 7 days of inspection approval.
  • Approved exchanges ship after inspection approval.
  • Returns that fail inspection will be returned with no refund, credit, or exchange issued.

We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers exhibiting excessive or abusive return behavior.


International Orders

  • Return window: 21 days from delivery
  • Resolution: Refund only ($7 return shipping cost applies)
  • Return shipping: Customer responsibility
  • Duties & taxes: Non-refundable

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Segara Romjue is not responsible for lost return packages.


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items discounted 30% or more
  • Final sale items
  • Items with removed or damaged hygiene liners
  • Items with removed or damaged security tags
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@segararomjue.com within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
