Why We Started Segara Romjue

Segara Romjue was born from frustration and love, frustration with an industry that wasn't listening to women, and love for the ocean, the islands of Hawaiʻi, and those perfect beach days when everything just feels right.

We fell in love with bikinis in Hawaiʻi, where swimwear isn't just vacation attire, it's a way of life. We learned that the right bikini isn't about having the "perfect body." It's about having a suit that works with your real body, through real movement, in real water.

After years of searching for bikinis that checked every box: premium quality, sustainable materials, consistent sizing, fair pricing, easy returns, and that intangible feeling of confidence, we realized: if this perfect bikini doesn't exist, we need to create it ourselves.
