ORDERING & SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
We ship from our facility within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.
US Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 4-6 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, so you always know exactly where your bikini is.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $100. For orders under $100, standard shipping is $8.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We pack and ship orders quickly (usually within 24 hours), so if you need to make changes, contact us immediately at info@segararomjue.com.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it. Once it's shipped, you'll need to use our exchange process instead.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we are only shipping to the United States at this time, however, we are looking to expand and are hoping to have international shipping available soon. Stay tuned!
SIZING & FIT
How do I know what size to order?
We've designed our sizing to be consistent and true-to-size, but every body is unique. Here's how to find your perfect fit:

Remember: Your first exchange is completely free, so there's zero risk in trying your size at home.
Can I order tops and bottoms in different sizes?
Absolutely. We sell tops and bottoms separately for exactly this reason — because real bodies don't come in matching sets.
Simply add your preferred top size and bottom size to your cart individually. This way, you get a custom fit that actually works for your body.
What if the size I want is out of stock?
Sign up for restock notifications on the product page, and we'll email you the moment your size is back.
Most items restock within 2-4 weeks. If you need your suit sooner and your size isn't available, reach out to us at info@segararomjue.com — we may have other options.
Do your bikinis run small, large, or true to size?
Our bikinis run true to standard US sizing.
We've obsessed over sizing consistency because we know how frustrating it is when your "usual size" doesn't work. When you find your Segara Romjue size, you can confidently reorder in any color without worrying about fit surprises.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What's your return policy?
Full return policy can be found here.
You have 21 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Here are your options:
Option 1: Exchange (FREE)
Your first exchange is completely free — we'll send your new item right away at no cost. Perfect for finding your right size or trying a different style.
Option 2: Store Credit (FREE)
Get the full value of your return as store credit with no fees. Your credit never expires.
Option 3: Refund ($8 handling fee)
We'll refund to your original payment method. An $8 handling fee covers return shipping and processing. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Important: All returns must have the hygiene liner intact and be unworn/unwashed. Items purchased at 30%+ off are final sale.
How do I start a return or exchange?
It's easy:
- Visit our Returns Portal within 21 days of delivery ( can be found in customer account or order information page.)
- Select your items and choose refund, exchange, or store credit
- Print your prepaid return label (included for US orders)
- Pack securely with the hygiene liner still attached
- Ship within 5 days
Your return will be inspected within 2-3 business days of arrival. Once approved, refunds and store credit process within 5-7 business days, and exchanges ship immediately.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
For exchanges: No! Your first exchange is completely free — we cover the shipping both ways.
For store credit: No fees at all.
For refunds: An $8 handling fee is deducted from your refund to cover return processing and shipping costs.
International orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I exchange for a different style or color?
Yes! Exchanges aren't limited to size swaps. You can exchange for any item of equal or lesser value. If the new item costs more, you'll just pay the difference.
This gives you flexibility to try different styles until you find the one that makes you feel amazing.
What if I've already worn or washed my bikini?
We can only accept returns that are unworn, unwashed, and have the protective hygiene liner still attached.
This policy protects the safety and confidence of our entire community — you deserve to receive a bikini in pristine condition, and so does the next customer.
If your suit arrived damaged or defective, that's different — contact us immediately at info@segararomjue.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.
What items can't be returned?
- Items purchased at 30% off or more (marked "Final Sale" at checkout)
- Items with removed security tags or missing hygiene liners
- Items that are worn, washed, or have scents/stains
- Items purchased through third-party resellers
- Gift cards
Everything else is returnable within 21 days of delivery.

Our bikinis are handcrafted in Indonesia by skilled artisans at our ethically sourced manufacturing partner.
We chose this partner because they share our values: fair wages, safe working conditions, superior craftsmanship, and respect for the people who make each piece.
Every bikini is inspected before it ships to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Where is Segara Romjue based?
We're based in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi — where swimwear isn't just vacation attire, it's a way of life.
We design and test every style in the Pacific Ocean surrounding Oʻahu. If it can handle Hawaiian waves, sun, and salt, it can handle anything.
Our inventory is held and shipped from Texas for optimal nationwide shipping time.
What does "Segara Romjue" mean?
"Segara" means "ocean" in Indonesian, and "Romjue" is a unique name that represents our commitment to creating something new and different in the swimwear space.
Together, they reflect our deep love for the ocean and our mission to create swimwear that honors both the water and the women who wear it.
Do you offer wholesale or collaborate with boutiques?

How long will my bikini last?
With proper care, your Segara Romjue bikini should last 3+ seasons of regular wear.
Our Carvico VITA fabric is engineered for:

- Shape retention (recovers after stretching, won't sag or bag out)
- Pilling resistance (fabric stays smooth, not fuzzy)

Will the fabric become see-through when wet?
No. Every Segara Romjue bikini is double-lined with opaque fabric specifically engineered to maintain full coverage when wet.

Do your bikinis have padding or underwire?
Our tops are not padded — we believe in natural, flattering silhouettes without unnecessary bulk.
Most styles are underwire-free for comfort and ease of movement. A few specific designs include soft, flexible underwire for additional support (clearly noted in the product description).
The double-lining provides shape and coverage without needing heavy padding, and the premium fabric offers natural support and lift.
Will the colors fade after time in the sun or chlorine?
